A Tale of Two Queens
As of Monday 24 August Wellington’s transparently democratic “ideas competition” for its Queens Wharf closed just as the competition for Queen’s Wharf, Auckland, was officially opened. If – as it is – our official new mantra heading into 2010 is ‘Making Auckland Greater’ then all Aucklanders need to take the fate of Queen’s Wharf seriously.
